eHoneymoonRegistry (sometimes referred to as "Us" or "We")provides this Terms of Use Page to you a user of this site. Use of the Internet Site www.ehoneymoonregistry.com (the "Website") in any manner, including browsing, registering an account or making a purchase, indicates your acknowledgement and understanding of the following Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to follow and be bound by them. We reserve the right to change/modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Such changes will be effective only when posted on this page. You agree to be bound by all terms as long as you use the website.
eHoneymoonRegistry has no set-up fee. We charge a 3% administration fee on the total gifts purchased from your registry. This administration fee will be deducted from your balance, and the remainder will be sent to you by cheque or electronic transfer. eHoneymoonRegistry will charge the wedding guests a standard 4.9% processing fee. This processing fee is given to the Payment Gateway PayPal® to cover credit card processing fees and merchant services. After a purchase has been processed and the funds cleared, they will be held in a segregated account on your behalf until you request a withdrawal (2 withdrawals per registry). You may choose to be paid by cheque, or an electronic PayPal transfer. You may request a payment at any time by emailing contact@ehoneymoonregistry.com. If you do not request a withdrawal payment the payment process will automatically be initiated at your set "end date" for the registry. All cheques are sent by regular mail, unless other arrangements have been made for an alternative with the eHoneymoonRegistry administrators. All amounts on this site are quoted in US or CDN dollars, and withdrawal payments will be paid in the currency selected at time of registration.
eHoneymoonRegistry may at its sole discretion and without notice remove you, your registry or your content from the www.ehoneymoonregistry.com website, if deemed inappropriate.
With the exception of User Content, as defined below, all content, including all information, data, graphics, photographs, design, text, software, code, and other material or services found on this site (the "Website Content") are the property of eHoneymoonRegistry, and may not be copied, altered or used by you in any way other than in viewing and interacting with the Website. You may not modify, publish, sell, copy, distribute or display any of the Website Content in any way. All software used on this site is the property of eHoneymoonRegistry or its software providers and is protected by international copyright laws.
